"How will we defend it in court"?

It is not a sales line!

It is the cornerstone for Verity® operations.

Verity uses "3rd-party inspections" which fall into two main categories.

The first QC type is Third-Party Inspections that are performed at different stages of production and also include operational inspections. The three types we employ primarily are: Factory Audit/Inspection, During Production Inspection (DPI), and Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI).

Factory Audits can uncover problems before production or order confirmation. We perform these periodically to ensure the facility, staff, and management can/are building up to the Verity production standards.

·         Quality assurance system & related certificates

·         R&D

·         Special Requirements from Client

During Production Inspection (DPI): inspections are used to check the product early in the production stage and make sure that the components and processes conform to the Verity standards.   This is also where we check production methods. DPI inspections are performed by 3rd party labs when we need lab testing performed and we need legal documentation.  This style has been important lately because of AMD and NVIDIA chip export ban.

Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI): are the most effective inspections because they confirm the whole shipment's quality level. These normally require the production to be 100% complete and at least 20% of the systems/components must be tested.  The PSI pre-shipment inspection takes place on-site by a certified, independent lab.  Products are randomly identified and removed by a Verity employee or agent and then delivered to an independent certification lab.  This process is also used for IP(Ingress Protection) certification.  Verity has certified and uses four different inspection teams to help maintain independence.

Ellen - Vendor Liaison.  Ellen, a long-term employee of ours, is our boots on the ground.  She performs unannounced visits/inspections to our factories.  Her primary task is to make sure our many components for different factories function well together. Ellen will often tag and bag components to be tested in Asia or airmailed to us. She has First Articles and samples of most of our products.  She works closely with Alexis and me on all new products and upgrades.

One of her main goals is to eliminate the adversarial relationships that plague most USA importers from China.

The Verity team is always working to stay up-to-date on products and laws that affect the markets we operate in and the OEMs we serve.

Verity maintains, on-site, a lab for R&D, IP testing, incoming shipment evaluation and warrantee assessments.

S-Series Products

The Verity S-Series Product line was developed to meet a challenging, agressive price point while still meeting Verity standards.  It took collaboration and tenacity between Verity and a long term (over 15 years) supplier to develop the S-series.  This system now sets the standard with Verity renown quality and  aggressive pricing.
